We maintain a current list of sub‑processors on our website or upon request at privacy@espi.ai.

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing without human review.

AI/Model providers

When features use third‑party AI providers, we minimize data sent, disable training where available, and bind providers contractually. Details are provided in feature documentation.

We will update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
